Once your order is handed over to one of our shipping partners and is out for delivery, you will receive an email notification along with your order tracking number.
To track your order, please follow the steps indicated in our shipping partners' websites:
For LBC orders, click here and enter your tracking number on the Track an LBC Padala search field.
For Go21 orders, click here and select the "Reference Number" option in the drop down 'Trace by' menu before enter your tracking number and tapping the Track Now button.
For XDE orders, click here and enter your tracking number in the provided search field.
For JRMT orders, click here and enter your tracking number in the provided search field.
If your order does not arrive within the time frame provided, you may contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about your order status.
